Venturo is more than a boutique hotel — it is a dream realized and a tribute to the city of Split. As the very first property in the heart of the city, it carries a profound meaning: a reflection of its creator’s bold yet sophisticated spirit, and a heartfelt expression of love for this place.
Vision
Though intimate in scale, Venturo is big in purpose. Every detail was envisioned to embody the essence of the Croatian way of life — its warmth, hospitality, and heritage — while presenting it through a lens of contemporary elegance.

This project is both a beginning and a promise: the beginning of a collection that celebrates cities not just as destinations, but as living stories; and the promise that every guest who steps inside Venturo will feel the authentic heartbeat of Split, shared with sincerity and pride.
Architecture & Design
The architectural and interior design celebrate light as a central theme. Light that connects the interior with the surrounding landscape, symbolizing openness, clarity, and vitality. Every space is envisioned as an extension of the sun and the sea, with gentle transitions between indoor comfort and outdoor tranquility. The palette of blue tones, sandy neutrals, and soft golden hues evokes the coastline, while natural textures such as stone, wood, and metal emphasize authenticity and tactile warmth.Traditional Croatian motifs and materials are subtly reimagined in a modern context, adding a sense of place without overwhelming the minimalist elegance of the design. Ethnic patterns, wave-inspired surfaces, and organic forms introduce rhythm and depth, creating a sense of movement that mirrors the sea itself.
Ultimately, the project’s guiding principle is to blend tradition and modernity, nature and design, light and material - crafting a timeless coastal haven that feels both authentically Croatian and globally sophisticated.
