Welcome to Boutique Hotel Venturo. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and use of Boutique Hotel Venturo is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using our website or services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
2. Hotel Services
Boutique Hotel Venturo provides accommodation, dining, spa, and other related services. Availability and specific terms of these services may change without prior notice.
3. Booking and Reservations
Reservations can be made through our website or authorized booking channels. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
4. Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Approved cancellations will be refunded within 15 days using the same payment method. For card payments, refunds will be processed to the same card used for the original payment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows are subject to a charge of one night’s stay.
5. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: From 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
6. Payment
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other authorized forms of payment. Payment is generally due upon check-out unless otherwise agreed.
7. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Boutique Hotel Venturo reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate policies or engage in disruptive behavior.
8. Liability
Boutique Hotel Venturo is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings unless directly caused by our negligence. Guests are responsible for their property.
9. Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy governs the collection, use, and protection of your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Boutique Hotel Venturo and may not be used without our permission.
11. Complaint Policy
In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, any complaints regarding a purchased product or service must be submitted in writing to:

including the guest’s full name and contact details for receiving the response. The hotel shall provide a written response to the complaint no later than fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt, sent either to the address provided by the guest or to the address from which the complaint was submitted.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Split, Croatia.
13. Changes to Terms
Boutique Hotel Venturo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
